Shipping and Exchange Policy
You should receive your package within 10 working days from the date of order.
Please check your mailbox for smaller items (eg dental chews, 10pc wipes, 5g samples) as they would be fulfilled via singpost.
We will not be able to accept cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges upon order confirmation, unless the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exception of Refund, Return or Exchange due to Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and update you on the approval status accordingly. Approval of refund, return or exchange is based on Yappy Pets Pte Ltd’s sole discretion.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, return or return request, and let you know if it is approved or not. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For return and exchange, we will notify you on the process once a decision has been made and the item will be replaced at no additional costs.
Incorrect shipping address entered into the system and notifying Yappy Pets post-shipment, resulting in a return, will not be eligible for a refund as part of our Terms & Conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during the order placement process to facilitate a successful delivery.
